You know – everyday my house gets dirty by the dust coming by the winds; neither can i stop the winds, neither can I stop cleaning it.

But usually only my Mom does it. But today it was so windy, that more dust got accumulated… So even I had to join.

But how do I clean was my question.
So I asked my mom, on whom I had immense trust, and she gave me a broom. I did not ask any technical details because it never bothered, I KNEW THIS BROOM WILL HELP ME CLEAN. Additionally it’s what my MOM gave me, who has been cleaning with it for years and I TRUST her on it.

The other day my mom was not there.
So I asked my maid, and she gave me another broom, and I did not ask the technical details. I trust her on this because this is what she has been doing this not only in my house, but many others. Even though my personal trust level with her is very thin.

On both the days, I could notice that the broom was not the best to clean all the dust accumulated. BUT WHAT I ALSO NOTICED IS AT LEAST IT WAS NOT A STICK.

Yet to clarify, I asked my TEACHER to why is that so, why can’t we use a stick? He said it is useless to do so, YOU CAN ONLY PRETEND TO CLEAN WITH A STICK!

So, I only knew that at least a broom is required and not a stick, but did not understand the technical reasons why a broom is not the best. But even he did not know why broom was not the best.

Thus, whenever required, I just picked up the broom and cleaned my house. At least I CLEANED!!

Moral of the story – I do have to be completely educated & technically sound to Clean a place; & that the mechanisms required I trust the users be it my own (mother) or not (maid, Teacher)

Analogy for –
Home – local, national – anywhere but my country India
Dust – Corruption
I – any Indian
Mom – My relative who knows the technical details.
Maid – Team Anna (just objective relativity)
Teacher – My mentor, ideal colleagues I trust, my teachers in real.
Broom – Jan-Lokpal Bill
Stick – Lokpal Bill

Note:- Will expand this as a note and blog post soon. Till then you may continue to hammer on my views here. Regards, The Indian of the ” I ” ;)
